Ganiat Mobolaji Olatokun is a Reader in the department of Private & Property Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. She has served on various departmental, faculty, and university committees, as well as board representatives. She once served as the sub-dean of the faculty of law and the HOD, Private and Property Law department. She is an accomplished academician with well over 20 publications to her credit in areas such as Private & Property law, law and religion, gender studies, and human rights. She has successfully supervised several students, at graduate, post-graduate, and doctorate levels. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a member of the National Association of Law Teachers, and a member of Federecione Internationale D’Abogadas (FIDA) She is happily married with kids.
